This does rather make the org NSFW and also NSF reading while my little girl is nearby. Is it reslly necessary to use swearwords while discussing Prince?

I don't see it as being something new to the org, or more often. It is what it is. No, you don't have to swear when discussing Prince, but this site has never claimed to be family friendly - and for the record, neither has Prince's music (until these last eight years or so).

If you listened to Let's Pretend We're Married, then you heard the "fuck the taste out of your mouth" line before... it's a site honoring Prince, and all that he has done, which includes the line in that song.

No, we try to never censor freedom of expression, unless it's directly violating the rules (FAQS page), or directed at another orger in a negative way. I have kids and they've heard Prince all their lives, so the language thing isn't that big of a deal... they know they live in a "do as I say, not as I do" household...

Not saying that it's right. Not saying that it's wrong... it just is what it is. Use your best judgement when signing on.
