I've also noticed a few new members who seem to only post about MJ. They just signed up to Prince.org to talk about MJ as opposed to going to an MJ board. And yes, I've contributed to a couple MJ threads but I definitely don't start them. How many times can you go over your favorite songs from [insert album here]? I couldn't possibly be just simply replying to any of them because I am interested in any particular topic  No seriously, its rather rude to ASSume how a group of people might feel about something. In fact, its more like wishful thinking; a funny idea you thought of and put it in the mouth of your's desired. Now, if people don't want MJ threads to populate, you're only making them stay by replying to them. And theres a lot of non-MJ fans and even ones 'haters' who keep them going.
I'll admit, I'm only a casual Prince fan (note the profile). But I don't talk about MJ in the General Discussion, I talk in the Non-Prince section. Is that against the rules?

For as Long as i can remember, This section of the Org was ruled by Madonna, Michael Jackson Fans , and Janet, its been like this since the org was first created, and it will never end,
The mods have tried in the past to stop the flow, but it hasn't really worked, maybe cause they never enforced it strong enough, fact is u cantcontrol the influx of people making mj threads unless u just delete their threads I am a Rail Road, Track Abandoned

Someone suggested a sticky. I think that's a great idea since this has been an ongoing situation that's probably never going to end. Maybe a sticky could at least help alleviate the multiple threads and then there would always be a place to go when an MJ thought popped up instead of creating a whole new thread. I just started three "Song of the Day" threads I'm trying to get folks to start discussing other artists.Please do the same!! I want everyone to start a thread today on any other artist besides Michael,Madonna,Janet,etc.

Even when he works with Timbaland he’s getting noticed for his individual input. God, I sound like I’m praising him but I’m not. I’m just afraid he’s going to be popping up everywhere as a guest artist or producer. He’s on Macy Gray’s CD and I just heard he did a duet with Shanice! All a person has to do is change one small thing in an audio composition and they are a co-producer, or change one word in a song and they are a co-song writer. This is a tactic used by Madonna Beyonce and even Michael Jackson. the day justin produces and writes something all by his lonesome self. Call me Oh and it has to be good...
