Please Forgive Me if I Appear A Little Thick But why is the same "Sticky" at the top of every page? ...or has this topic already been covered? ...(Not that it's a big deal)

a sticky thread means its stuck to the top of the pile and so wont be losed in all the other threads | |

Yep... but wondering why on every page rather than just the first on 
This must be the worst thread I have ever started... and that's saying something!
