So far, I've never come across the need to. If I did, though, I would likely note them privately, as I do on every "mod" action I take. And my orgnote might be slightly different in that situation. We all have respect for each other and the jobs we do here.

What happens if some of you dissagree? Is it a vote common vote situation? Or is it assumed the other mod may not have made the decision you made, but that's o.k.--- kind of like judges do...well, within the rules of course.


I just find it fascinating since I've met a couple of mods, and contrary to popular belief, you're flesh and bone human beings--not bots.

We are not perfect. We make mistakes too and have had threads moved to other sites by other mods, as well as locked. We orgnote eveyone just like everyone else and unfortunately, we even have bitchfests in public forums, just like everyone else - perhaps a little more tame than most folks.

We do tend to work with eachother respectfully - but, sometimes even that flys out the window...

So, yeah... we mod everyone on the site - that's the honest answer.
