How did u become moderators?
Was there a drawing?
Was it the people the creator trusts most?

Why is it whenever somebody creates a thread like this they usually are a former orger who ends up getting re-banned shortly?

No, I've tried but it goes back to the forum... I think because of repairs to the site.

Once upon a time we were nearly modless and Ben needed help. He made an open-call for mods, several people put their names forward and he picked some people.

The last few of us added mentioned we'd like to help out in some capacity and were approached by other mods in private and discussed with Ben and were added that way.

There's no long-standing set process.
