Do you ... help mods to help the org ?
I spend a lot of time here and still can not read every post in every thread in the forum I moderate ... Do orgers feel that they help mods out by using "report post to moderator" in any way ? I often am thankful that someone would use this tool in a serious fashion to point out questionable items. I am not talking about the overuse or consistant complaints based on personality differences. I am talking about serious concerns Do you feel you help the mods help the org or do you think you hinder the org by sending your concern/complaint to be looked at ? | |

I think that I'm helping. I RARELY ever report anything and if I do it's serious. To my knowledge I've never reported anything that wasn't acted on by mods. I restric myself in reporting for that reason, hoping that the mods have learned/will learn that if I do report it's meant seriously and not for personal gain.  | |

Use the Report post to moderator button if you see something you feel should be reported. The mods cannot be everywhere all at once.

Since I'm not a mod I would never report anyone. I understand that there are differences of personality, opinion and beliefs. And everyone has freedom to speak. I just leave it up to the multiple mods in each forum to discern whats acceptable and not. I really couldn't be a tattle-tale. America's political system used to be about the "pursuit of happiness." Now more and more of us want to stop chasing it and have it delivered.

Ummm..truthfully i only read Prince: Music and More / site discussion
But ive haven't seen anything that serious concerns but im sure if i did or do. I let someone know Just..... Makes me wonder. What kind of stuff, been going on here | |

I've reported duplicate threads a couple of times as I realize you guys can't be everywhere all the time. Is that helpful?
The small number of times I've considered reporting a "behavior" type post/thread, one of you usually gets there before I've made up my mind to report. Ask where they're going, they'll tell U – "Nowhere"
