Ben is the site "owner". The mods take care of most of the forum maintenance, front page news, etc. and report problems/issues we can't fix to Ben.

As for myself, I generally scan the forums I moderate for, but I really don't "use" the org any differently than before I was helping with this. I don't go looking for things to moderate. If I see something that needs to be done I do it, otherwise I check in from time to time to see if there are any requests.
