What does it mean when an org note I've sent is highlighted in purple with a box to the left?

If your talking about view recently sent orgnotes then the person you sent it to hasn't read it yet and you have the option to delete it.

Thanks. I never delete org notes. Although I have accidently hit "reply with quote" instead of "send org note" when I'm trying to send an org note. Luckily I catch it right away and delete, then send the org note. That happens when I need to get off the computer and I'm in a hurry....

I've done that too, it's usually when I org at work.
