Of course, I'm trying to not be specific As for why do people come here? There are many forums and some people are attached to certain ones. That's why they come here. They like interacting with certain people. It doesn't mean they have to love everything about this place. That's one of the problems here, the "love it or leave it" attitude of the mods. We don't have to like everything you do in order to be here. That's borderline Totalitarian There's no "they" nor "we" about it. You are speaking for yourself. Use the term "I". So much energy waisted on the negative aspects of this site... 
Frankly, it is what it is... if you want to call it borderline totalitarianism, fine. Fact is - this is a site that has rules and moderators who attempt to do their job as best we can. Not everyone is going to be thrilled with our decisions, but we're not running a popularity contest. Actually, I'm getting rather bored with these types of threads, cuz instead of helping or working on issues that we can fix - it's a bitchfest of what sucks about this place, and mostly about the mods. Consider this my last word on this beating of the perverbial dead horse. |

Feel free to orgnote me with this madness you speak of. You can look at my last 50 posts and there is not one complaint about this site on any of them and none before. I actually left for a while and didn't come back until December. So actually, I feel you are lying on me to make a point. I don't appreciate it. The only thing I have ever complained about, since 1999, had been my unfair banning and what I considered unfair moderating last year. So really, what are you talking about? This is the kind of talk that concerns me. In your mind I'm a constant complainer, so how can you truly be fair in moderating anything I say? [Edited 5/3/07 23:43pm] | |
