AVATERS! where are you guys finding these great avaters?! with the exception of housequake.com, i cant find any good sites for pictures of him! some of these are really cool.. just wondering where u guys get them..

Just find a pic you like that is smaller than 15KB. I did that, but now that I have Photoshop, I can take almost any pic and shrink it down, shrink down the resolution and crop it until its smaller than 15KB. | |
