I think Ian is doing fine now..(with the acception of his tacky Bobby Brady like signature...Ian- The Hall Monitor..  ).
I think there is a fine mix of intelligent discussion *and* tomfoolery now...before hand, the GD was all fun and flames...which I guess is great if you like that...but, then it lead to people getting way out of hand...expecially with the flame wars..and I for one am glad that the personal insults are no longer allowed. | |

This was the response I recieved:
"I've locked the thread. People can still read it. Thanks for posting such an informative thread, I'm sure people will find it useful. You neglected to mention that I offered to reopen the thread for you if you could edit it to at least PRETEND to be interested in generating some discussion. And in case you still weren't sure, here's a quote from the forum rules: Moderators have absolute rights. prince.org administrators and moderators reserve the right to edit, relocate and/or remove any message, at any time, for any reason. Consider all editing decisions final. If you don't agree with a decision, you may discuss it with the moderator who made the judgement in private, but you aren't 'entitled' to a "hearing" or even a response. The rules outlined on this page, above, will be used as moderation guidelines. Sheesh, if every person who had their thread locked decided to throw a hissy fit on the Site Discussion forum, this would take over from GD as the most popular. of course, the restriction came immediately after i'd sent ONE orgnote today. and funny, matt was mentioned in it. think maybe there are privacy concerns when you send an orgnote? think a moderator might be reading messages meant for other orgers? i'm starting to think so...
