It's true, because I sure don't know of any other conclusion that could be drawn from the fact that we now - after literally several years and thousands of jokes made about it - have a (semi)functioning search engine!!!

Maybe now we can get at least a few less threads about stuff, like absinthe... there's been threads about it several times a year for years

I am finding old orgnotes sent by me and sent to me burried deep that anyone could access.

You could have done this all along actually. It's just basically searching all the pages Yahoo has indexed for Prince.org. You can do the same thing in Google too.

Just go to Google or Yahoo and type the word or phrase you want to search for, and follow it with " site:prince.org" (no quotes). So if you wanted to search for James Brown stuff on the org for example, it would looks something like...

james brown site:prince.org

That tells Google or Yahoo to limit the search results only to stuff from Prince.org, and no other sites.

yeah, wasn't the search option originally powered by google?

i thought i used it a couple months and thats what it was.
