I'm a bit blah today, everyone ignore my grumpiness please (especially poor old Aero...). Well I think I'm pretty thick skinned usually but of course the most vocal people are also the most negative people at times, and the most negative of people are the people who we usually rely on to hold this site together. Aero and SK, I appreciate your time and your comments as always. Just remember that you can keep telling me to be less thin-skinned.

To be honest, all of this kind of feedback is probably gonna be more useful in a few weeks when we've all got over the settling-in period and gotten used to the new rules etc. Let's see how it goes.

Shorty and Bellebeyond, I'm glad I have you guys around to say nice things See, the female touch already having positive effect... I think Aero had a point there...!!

Many thanks Ian. I think it was a bit early to engage in this kind of discussion, cuz as usual we've been busy commenting on what's happening on the Org, and since you are the new flava... I honestly wanted to discuss how the site is moderated, and not just by you, but it's hard to blame you for viewing it as a personal comment at this juncture. So I fully understand why you were irritated... no offense taken, and no offense meant.
