well, i've seen Popcorn's sig and I dont find it offensive. If you knew what our government does on a daily basis you may not be so gung-ho about America's innocence in world affairs... but thats not the point is it?

9/11 was a tragedy, but someone's emoticon does not disrespect the victims that died... I dont see how you made that connection.

And why dont you just ignore people who try to harrass you? A mature person shrugs it off and ignores it --- unless you like fighting/flaming.. and if you do, then you need to stop complaining.

PS -- I wanted to add that "operation lights on" in honor of the victims is stupid. If we really wanted to honor the fallen we would act appropriately in our daily lives. A symbolic gesture is not the same as a heartfelt one.
