HELP..probs with logging in. Sometimes I can log in and other times it says my user is blocked.

i'm still having this problem off and on, too.
i can log on only from one location. when i try to log on from another location i am "blocked" any ideas what's going on with this? | |

i think i found the answer:
1)go to your windows desktop search function and type in the org address. also,what might help you is if you have aol.click the icon where it says "settings" and go to the one that says "web options" (they're in alphabetical order) and click it. you will see a blue box.go over to the right where it says "internet explorer settings" and click it.there you might need to clear out your cache files and delete cookies. hope this helps. [Edited 10/30/06 14:40pm] i tried that but it didn't help. what did help (so far) is limiting my ISP's control over which sites i access, and how. i had to trial-and-error fine tune certain settings, but it seems to be helping so far. thank you for the suggestion though! that was nice of you | |
