I love it over there too. Music is such a huge part of a lot of people's lives, that it IS hard to separate other issues from just the actual music being discussed. Although, sometimes it seems that every single thread ends up being about race in one way or another and then I just get fed up.

There are a few people over there (and they know who they are) that perpetrate this over and over again, and only seem to come out to post when it's a race thread. Then I get to pull out my trusty beating-a-dead-horse smiley, which is my only consolation.

I commented on the demise of someone (whose actions were considered by many to be detrimental to animal welfare) and people were sending me OrgNotes as if I'd threatened to kill their grandmothers. People were offering to pray for me!!!
