4 real. its been said that MySpace is the frontier for online censorship. cuz everything posted has to b 'approved' or something...

anyway, in my time online, i've learned that when people are suppressed/oppressed from expressing themselves, it only increases their frustration and it gets bigger and they look for some other avenue to express it anyway..

the suppression doesnt actually solve anything cuz folks r just wanting to find at least 1 place in the world where they can b free to say what they really feel and think.

not saying there shouldnt b a 'line', like that line way over there that just no way should ever b crossed, but just generally, lots of different kinds of people in the world, with lots of different kinds of things to say, and its a beautiful thing.

some people like myself swear occasionally, cuz it feels right, to us. others dont and thats cool too, but i think unless those things r allowed to fly freely, the people who dont swear might not learn tolerance in that regard.

i believe in embracing differences, not rejecting them, and i think freedom of speech is the perfect vehicle for that because it tests us 2 find understanding.

Freedom of speech is a wonderful thing. I honestly believe in the right to speak one's mind.

However, you may have not figured this out yet... but, this site really doesn't conform to that rule completely.

Unfortunately, we Mods have to regulate the site for those that take the free speech thingy to the extreme. We are moderators, after all, and sometimes have to censor - to a degree... which is a trip, cuz - I'm so against censorship in reality!

So, thanks for the compliment - we appreciate all props we can get... but, I had to speak the truth.

It is what it f censored g is... cop

sure, i guess when the privelege is abused it makes sense to edit or kick. must be hard knowing where the line is, with so many different kinds of people with different ideas of where that line is for themselves. i've crossed it a few times without really meaning to, but its cool y'know u learn and try and keep it cool while still saying what u wanna say.
