Problems surfing site with Firefox... Well, I haven't been here in a while. Only started going back to HQ recently.
So, after hitting "My Org", there were some threads that said "Yes" and I clicked 'em. One of 'em was a thread about the original Star Wars trilogy. When I clicked on it to make a reply, there was no link to make a reply. Not even a reply w/ quote. I figured there might be a limit on the age of a thread so you couldn't just indiscriminately bump some old ass thread. Anyways, I went into another thread and instead of an avatar, I saw the WORD "Avatar". Is there something I need to do so I can see them again? Anyone know? I mean, I was using Firefox with no problems when I first started posting here. • Did you first think Prince was gay? •

Do you have the Adblock extension installed? If so, disable it temporarily and refresh the page. If that brings back the images, you'll need to look through your list of blocked elements to make sure Prince.org stuff isn't accidentally listed.
Also check some of your other extensions, they may be modifying the appearance of the site.

Truly weird.
All I have are essentially downloading things and things for tabs...nothing to block ads. In fact - All-In-One Gestures and Sidebar, Bookmark Duplicate Detector, Closy, De-Imageshack, DownThemAll!, Firefox Extension Backup Extension, Google Toolbar, HidTabBar, Linky, Magpie, MinimizeToTray, miniT, QuickTabPrefToggle, SearchPluginHacks, Session Manager, SwitchProxy Tool, Separe, Tab Control, Tabbrowser Pref and TinyURL Creator. And over in Options > Content > Load Images and I set it to allow Prince.org. • Did you first think Prince was gay? •

Try disabling the following;
- De-Imageshack - DownloadthemAll! - Magpie - Session Manager - SwitchProxy Tool Then clear out all of your temporary internet files in Firefox and close out of all open Firefox windows. You may want to even do a Control/Alt/Delete to see if there's any instances of Firefox running in the background as well, and disable those. Then load up firefox and try to browse the site again. I ran into a problem a few years ago with avatars not showing up in Internet Explorer, and it turned out it had something to do with a download manager I had installed called "Fresh Download" that screwed something up in my registry, and didn't change it back when I uninstalled it. If I remember it correctly, it was trying to download the avatars instead of allowing them to display on the page.

I've never had any problems - the site was coded to work better with firefox anyways.
