REDFEATHERS

Hi!
Sorry for the late reply. I started reading this at work until I realised how long it was so printed it out. I just read it at home at lunchtime today and was really touched by your story. Tears welled up inside me...

You have helped a very special person, Elisa, and she you too. I think sharing this story will benefit many other people also.

People are special, and so is life!

Thank you wellbeyond! You sound like a truly special and amazing kind person. king

Abrazo

Thank you very, VERY much for sharing this wellbeyond.
These are the experiences in life that we can all learn a great deal from. Sharing them with others can do the same. Therefore I thank you...

but you know me...lol... i can't resist to elaborate a bit more on what you actually tried to say about "internet relationships"... smile

Knowing that many relationships are formed here on prince.org on a daily basis, I think it is of special importance that you decided to post it here...

I think the internet and the relationships formed through it are "really" just an extension, and thus part, of the "real world/life". "Real life" is in my view REALLY no more or less real than "internet life".

What makes it "different" tho' and also possibly very special and profound (both negatively as positively), is that the communication between people usually only happens with words and no physical contact or perception at all...

Words however (can) express thoughts and feelings...
Therefore, the mind and heart are really at work here, while the body and the perception of it is less important, unlike the way it is in "real life"...
in real life we are easily distracted by physical "boundaries"... on the internet they almost dissapear and we deal mostly with matters of the heart and mind... That's what can make it so profound... 'simply' because of the power of thoughts and feelings, which can be perceived simply by using words...

even better... "simply" talking about the state of the body, like you did with your friend Elisa, "simply" using words, can also make you understand the physical state of the other just as good as you would in real life ... maybe sometimes even better...

...

even though you were never there with Elisa 'physically'... your mind and heart were with here and I am sure still are... as are hers with you...

You really have a friend in her, don't forget that.

Thanks again for sharing.
You are not my "friend" because you threaten my security.

Wellbeyond, you are truly a wonderful person with a beautiful spirit. I have an online friend that I have known over 3 years, we have never met, but have been there for each other either online or by pnone. He was diagnosed with a heart condition earlier this year, and may need heart surgery. My heart goes out to you, as I hear from him often and then I won't for a few months and his phone is disconnected. It breaks my heart, but I keep him in my prayers no matter what. I can honestly say I know how you feel. I can only remain hopeful that he will contact me soon. Thank you for sharing something so special with us.
Peace and blessings.
feel better, feel good, feel wonderful
