It could be construed as both sexist and racist, actually. Wanting to know who the best looking black woman is so that you can "get to know her" focuses exclusively on black women as sex objects for a white male's pleasure. White men historically have used black women sexually, often without their consent, for the novelty and sexual excitement that being with a non-white woman brought him. Often they wanted to fuck them, but not have relationships with them and treat them as equals, just as "exotic".

First of all, who knows who is the best looking black woman here? Isn't that a matter of taste? Secondly, what makes you think a black woman would want to be with you?
