And "dumb threads" are necessary at a site like this...because they create an atmosphere in which those of us who frequent here can get to know one another as people, and not just our viewpoints on Prince...

Of course the flip side of that is that the "dumb threads" start to proliferate like mad because everyone who starts one by default encourages everyone else to start one as well...with every moronic speck of a thought now seen as worthy of space and the P.org spotlight simply because everyone else's miniscule moronic thoughts have been turned into thread topics, when posting those same moronic specks of thought on an already existing thread would be more beneficial...(such as I've done here..heh)

Screw it, just do like IceNine said and start your own "good topic"...lol
