People just need 2 use the "report 2 moderator" function more.

I've been on a "report 2 Moderator" rampage lately.

What's the point of closing it anyway, people pretty much say what they want to on all the other forums. Why spend time deleting threads where people are actually communing with one another just because they're off topic and leaving others that are on the topic where a number of people are ripping into each other.

The GD should reopen bcuz :

- we don't want our mooderators to get repetitive strain injuries from all that deleting and moving;
- we fear they might soon go insane from making those damned-if-you-do/damned if you don't decisions;
- it would be nice;
- it doesn't hurt;
- it's the right thing to do;
- people won't shut up about it;
- many orgers are irreppressible;
- it doesn't sit well with Smeghead;
- someone's dying to start a Manifest Ho thread;
- you'll never turn the vinegar to jam.. mein Herr.

Hey, I ain't mad at none a ya'. But I just think that bringing back the GD forum will bring back the same jugheads that never know when enough is enough, and come around only for the express purpose of stirring up trouble and inciting all kinds of negativity that has absolutely nothing to do with Prince.

And as they say on Cream... "I guess I got a personal problem..." But I think all those unnecessary threads irked Ben's nerves just as much as it did mine, or he wouldn't have pulled the forum in the first place.

As it stands right now, I think Ben and the staff are doing a great job of policing the site, and things are much better because of it.

BRING IT BACK!!

The few assholes who post a bunch of crap have ruined it for those of us capable and willing to engage in meaninful debate. It is one of the shining aspects of this site that sets us apart from the rest. I understand the moderators frustrations in having to deal with this issue to the point of banning GD but I feel it was overboard (although well within Ben's right to do so)

Ben, please please please bring it back : )
