My Posts!

How come my posts are not showing on threads as of late? Are there settings that I may have tampered with or something?

Hey Dex. Nah, it's happened to me and lots of others too. I think it's something to do with if you're unlucky enough to post as the server crashes (it happens from time to time for a few minutes) then a blank post will show up.

My only advice is to get in the habit like I did of ensuring I copy everything prior to posting - even previewing. There's nothing more annoying than losing a post, especially if it's a long one and some time has been spent on it.

I've noticed, though, that on some of the lengthier threads that if your post is the first one on the next page of that thread, it won't show up even if you click on the "Last Page" link. Someone else has to post in order for that first post of the page to show up... hmmm

If you have to describe your missing post prior to this one as a 'feeling' like it was somewhat attention grabbing, then it sounds like the mod was doing their job to me.
