DOes anyone know how to get a little picture to go next to ur name. Some people have pics of Prince and I wanna know how to do that too. Please reply.

go to "MY ORG", then look to the left and you'll see a sidebar with a bunch of options. click on "FORUMS" and you'll get a page letting you select what picture you want to use for your avatar (the pic by our names). it has to be a small-sized file, so if you want to use something, shrink it down or find a thumbnail version of it. then you submit the pic, they okay it, and you're set.
