It would be nice to let a few other Black Sweat topics allowed on the board. .Such as any new NEWS or information regarding the song. (ie Itunes availablity, chart/airplay info)

Its very hard to scroll through a 200 relpy thread and try to find out the lastest info.

I can see limiting disussion of the actual song (likes , dislikes) to one thread.

I understand whats trying to be done , keeping the board clean of a million Black Sweat topics, but i think theres room and a purpose for a few seperate topics.

Just a suggestion...you guys do a great job keeping things sane around here.

There's a saying: 'you can please some of the people all of the time, but you can't please all of the people all of the time' or something But yeah, that's about the general jist of it.

Rules are rules, and like you stated help prevent the forum from becoming littered with threads that can be discussed within a sticky if there is one. As a general rule of thumb, this only ever really happens when there is some major news. There are over 41,000 different threads in the Prince: Music & More forum you know!

As the majority of the replies on the designated stickies are currently only feedback/reviews of the songs/video etc, I don't think any of you are missing out as normally the main post will be edited to feature any relevant or important news so people don't have to scroll down to the bottom. However, a tip: hit the 'reply to this topic' button at the top of the thread to see the last reply without the whole thread loading, or go to My Org > Forums and change how YOU wish to view threads in future.

You ALL have a number of options at your disposal on how you view the org.

And despite what some people think/say - we don't lock threads for fun/the hell of it/etc etc - I moderated the Prince: Music & More forum for ELEVEN hours straight yesterday, whilst dealing with irate Orgers wanting to know why threads had been locked, a news item breaking (!!!) and keeping my eyes open for Orgers asking for illegal copies of the songs etc etc.

Trust me, it's not anywhere near as much fun as you guys would think it to be!
