Did you try clicking on the "Recently Sent" orgnotes????

Usually when you delete an orgnote, it's gone to orgnote heaven. If you know who the sender is, then orgnote them and see if they can resend it to you. They can access their "Recently sent" orgnotes and send it to you again if they still have it.
Did you try that?
