My flesh battles my Spirit, but the Spirit is always the victor, and the evil one never prevails over me. I am a little overweight, but I don't act upon evil thoughts and temptation. Temptation is not sin until you commit an act of your thoughts. The evil one plays upon every word we speak from our mouth, because when a person committs the act if defiles them, not the thought itself.
