- Under the "Buddy Lists" settings, you can block Orgers from sending you orgnotes or emails.

- If you signed up at the Org with an email address (like an AOL address thats linked to your AOL account) that you really want to keep private, you may also want to switch to a disposable email address, like a Hotmail account, instead as an extra layer of protection. You can change your default email address within your account settings too. You can also turn off email forwarding alltogether.

- Change your password from time to time. Monthly, quarterly, whatever, depends on how paranoid you are, LOL. Also, if you've got accounts on multiple sites such as Housequake, Princefams, etc... use a completely different password for each.

- In the chat room, you can ignore users if they are causing problems. Just click the "List/Ignore Users" link towards the top.

- Keep in mind what personal information you share about yourself in your posts. If you give out a few key pieces of information, it can be very easy for someone to backtrack and find out all sorts of info about you. Think twice before announcing details like where you work, where you live, what kind of car you drive, etc... Especially considering that your posts on Prince.org can linger in the search engines for months. Even posting something as simple as the address to your own personal web space, could make it easy for someone to find out your full name, address and phone number.

- If you suspect someone is a previously banned orger, shoot us over an orgnote with whatever details you've gathered so we can look into it. Some people may slip under the radar once in a while. The sooner we know either by our own tools, or with your help, the sooner we can do something about it.

- If you're visiting other orgers and logging into your account from their computers, please change your password as soon as you get home.
