Someone thought better of it and decided to delete it before you read it.

It's happened to me before too. how do you do that When you go to your orgnotes, you can view your recently sent orgnotes that have not yet been deleted. If a not there is highlighted and has a little box next to it, it means it has not been read yet, and you can choose to delete it. This gets rid of it from the other person's orgnote box too. |
