I had this problem up until yesterday when I ditched Norton...
....Now I can see the lot ...

Afraid I can't help there...it was McAfee I installed after Norton...it works fine here
Maybe uninstall it then re instasll it... 
..I have no idea if that will be any use but it's worth a shot I have a firm grip on reality...Maybe just not this reality |
