We really need to quit starting threads about why people are getting banned. If the person in question has an issue with the way they've been moderated, they can take it up with the moderators and the sitemaster IN PRIVATE.

This isn't a matter that's open for discussion. Sorry.

again: discussing user account information and moderation decisions isn't something that's anyone's business except for the person being moderated and the moderators making the decision.

also keep in mind that there is a log that all mods have access too..so if theres a mod who is being heavy handed the other mods can point it out thus bringing balance back to the universe....

So Nero went down in flames defending me? Because I was banned, twice now, for no other reason bar a certain moderator falsely and ludicrously believing myself and another orger to be one and the same person? Then I suppose Nikki23's question still stands after 25 posts. Why was Nero banned?
