What about a "yikes the boss" button? I think that would be nice because I am also popping in to see what funny or interesting things people have posted!
If you don't know what the button does...press the link and a document comes up and makes the boss think you are actually working! Hope I explained it correctly!

That would be a great idea, nicolette, since my bosses don't like me to be in here during company time -- lol!! They are very very particular about such things.

Might be useful for some, and I think it's pretty cool. But don't most companies use some kind of software that allows them to track your internet usage anyway?

You wouldn't want to wait for the "boss" page to load, anyhow... so I suggest you always keep some work (be it a Word or Excel document, or whatever) open in the next-most-recently-used window, and learn to use the "Alt-TAB" key combination.

Actually, learn to use that anyway, it's a big time-saver. In general, I'm a big proponent of learning keyboard shortcuts...

BTW, what you're referring to was called a "Boss key" in older (1980s) videogames. I think it was, Arkanoid?, that had one (I think it was 'Esc') that you hit, and it showed a simulated spreadsheet. Pretty funny!
