How do i add pictures to a post ?

Cant seem to get it to work . How do you all get them to work

The picture should be on your hard disc (right click , save as) , then
Go to ; fe
http://photobucket.com/
Upload picture , when it's uploaded , right click 'img' option (3 rd)
copy and paste (by rightclicking) in a thread here
