I think I'm doing it right, but doesn't ever work. I do the [img][/img] thing and put the image info between it, but it doesn't come up. Am I missing something?

Okay, first of all, sign up for your own account at a server that can host your uploaded images (photobucket is a very good, user friendly site that offers a free service with limitations, or sign up for an all-the-frills account for a small annual fee) http://www.photobucket.com

You can upload numerous images from your own computer (pretty much exactly the same as attaching an image to an e-mail) you can assign specific albums for pix etc too. When you have the image you want uploaded and ready to post, it will show you three different mini windows beneath each picture one being a direct URL link, one being html code, the other being IMG tags.

To post an image from you photobucket account to an org thread post, simply click the IMG tag box, right click and copy it. Post the copied link thus:
[IMG ]http:/ /img.photobucket.com/albums/v22/bananacologne/COMPUTER/13.jpg[/IMG ] (only without the spaces)

The end result being:

PS: if you want to post a photo into your edited org profile page - simply copy and past the direct URL link to the photo.
