How does one become a Moderator? Or should I say what was the process of becoming a Moderator? Just wondering how they are or were chosen. You all friends and buddies like a fraternity or was there an application process? Just curious.

The last time he recruited mods, Ben just put up a thread stating that anyone interested should send him a message explaining why. From there he decided on a few people.
