So, ya know that section on the homepage, "Hot topics", that displays the top 5 or 6 newest threads, and most active ones?

Remember how it used to display "highest rated" as well?

I agreed that the "highest rated" bit was being hijacked since it was on the homepage, people really tried to pump up their thread votes to get there... which was silly, but some people use the ratings to determine what to read, still... also, people asked me if we could have more than just 5 or 6 of the newest threads... so, there's a new feature which accomodates all of that, called "forum highlights".
