Phew.... I thought the org would never get back online again 
In the mean time I visited HousQuake and I must say they have a damn good site

It was the oddest thing...though I have not had a lot of time to post in the last few days (not that anyone here would miss me!) it was odd not to be able to take a quick look at the Forum Threads to see what the orgers were up to yesterday! Whew is right and double thanks Ben.
