Suggestions for the "My Org" page

I really like how the threads I've posted on show up in a list, and the "new posts" flag is very convenient. But there are two minor opportunities for improvement. One, I wish there was a way to "purge" the list (or maybe things DO drop off eventually?). Two, I wish that deleted threads would stop showing up on the list (there have been a couple of those in the last week)!! giggle Mods (or Ben, or anyone else for that matter), your feedback is welcome. nod

As always, thankx to everyone who keeps this place up and running, I've gotten hours of great entertainment from the org (not to mention made new friends!!). cool

I believe, threads do drop off on their own. I think there may be a maximum number of threads it displays on that page. Otherwise, threads may be removed from that page once they pass a certain time length. I don't remember Ben specifying how this is handled when he added the new feature.

The deleted threads showing up on the list might just be out of convenience for some users. It would be easier to click the link on that list and immediately find out the thread was deleted, rather than to go flipping through several pages looking for a thread, not being sure what happened to it.

Suggestion: I wish a thread would go to the top of the list or stay somewhere on the "my org" page when it is replied on. For people who post on many different threads, one can still be going and drop off the bottom of the list.

I don't like getting emails, and if a thread is still going strong my inbox will be flooded. I think.

I'm a straight girl, sorry smile

I got emails from other threads I subscribed to impatiently. I don't want emails, because if a thread is still going strong my inbox will be flooded. Is there a way to subscribe without getting email?
