I've been saying for a while that some of the stuff people get away with saying about Christians and rural people is as bad or worse then anything EWM has ever said. It's acceptible on this board to bash Christians but if I started making Kike references the shit would hit the fan (not that I ever would). I say this as a non-Christian by-the-way.
In defense of EWM it's hard to be a Bush supporter on this board because people take it personally like it's an assualt on them. Just the other day I had some asshole saying all sorts of things about me on a personal level because I voted for Bush and I kept reporting them instead of responding like I wanted to but Sos must have been gone that day because he didn't get around to looking at anyting until the thread was completely too far gone to clean it up. He removed one post but it had been copied many times and a couple other posts were ignored (which probably wasn't his fault because other mods looked at them or something - I was very confused by the whole thing). Personally I miss EWM but I do not question his banning (because we don't know the details) just like I don't question 9's banning. It's just a website folks. If I wanted to chat with EWM I'm sure I could find his Yahoo messenger name or his email adress. | |

Obviously we all enjoy reading posts that we agree with more then posts that are the exact opposite to our belief system. I'm not exactly sure your moderation plan (as listed) is fair.
