IMO, it's hard to be neutral when you are part of the group and know and associate with the people involved.
I don't really check the moderations and I must say some are barely seen, meaning either you're doing a good job by eliminating the problem before it's seen, or maybe I need new glasses. Or maybe just everybody's talking behind my back

I've never been a moderator, but I know that there's far more to what we see, and orgers who do not see what goes on in orgnotes and reports to moderators, cannot really judge moderator's actions.

I try and stay in GD forum, and it seems to be working nicely there. I have no complaints. except for one - I don't get enough sex. but that's not the moderator's problem
