isn't there supposed 2 b at least 1 or 2 moderators online all the time or no?
Well anyway what do I know I've never been moderator and I don't know how u can become 1 or what u have 2 do in order 2 become 1. Well if any of u who r moderators can u please give me some onfo thanx

no, we arent required.....however, the whole idear increasing the number of mods is so that there are more people available to monitor activity.....ive notice there are usually three mods on at the same time..except for night times (pst) and on the weekends.....ive noticed im usually the only one around on saturday mornings..that says more about me not having a life then it does anything about the org....

I moderate every free chance I get , addicted or what??

well, doing the mod thing on here is volunteer work, so we don't have any real "work schedule" that we adhere to, other than just what we can fit in throughout the routines of our day-to-day lives. sometimes our days will be busy, or we'll be on vacation, or something will come up, and we're not able to be around at the times we usually are. it's just the nature of the beast with most moderated web sites. i tend to work really weird hours at a job where we're often sitting at a computer with nothing to do at night, so i'm able to do my own funky little mod thing at odd hours of the evening. sometimes i'm around on weekends, sometimes i'm not. but it seems to me that there's always SOMEone around.

I'm not a moderator, but I keep a file on everyone.

what i'd really like is to have magical powers on here, like being able to decorate other people's posts or change their avatar for the better. i'd do a lot more good that way than as a moderator
