You can update your email address by clicking on the "My Org" link at the top. I'm not sure how ben has this site set up, but if it would ultimately involve having to update all references of your previous name in the database to the new one, that could be very time consuming. They've got alot going on with their baby. You could also just create the new username and perhaps place a message in your profile stating what your former username was...
