Adding search to the forums I have a suggestion for the forums. A search engine that searches the subject line would be a wonderful addition and would limit repeat topics. I for one would use it all the time.
Anyone else think this would add a great feature? Thanks for listening... | |

i think its a good idea too...i think ben mentioned in another thread he was working on it....its gotta be easy...it was an option at the older org. | |

Yes, I'm working on it. It's probably the next major thing I want to add to the site. Unfortunately it's NOT "easy" to do it RIGHT. It's very easy to do it WRONG, in a way that would make the site susceptible to denial-of-service attacks (someone automatically submitting lots of searches, over and over again... this will disable/crash MOST forum sites!).
