Hey Fellow Prince Fans,

On Monday, July 26th KYA Entertainment hosts another hot Tribute Party at LQ in midtown New York City in conjunction with The Chic Group. In the past these events have drawn swarms of people from all walks of life. Music icons like Madonna, Stevie Wonder, Prince, Luther Vandross, and Nina Simone are a few of the artists who’ve been celebrated in the past. Some of the world’s top celebrities have participated in the tributes including Rosie Perez, Res, Bilal, Jaguar Wright, Anthony Hamilton (SoSo Def), Ras Kass, Mecca (Ladybug from Digable Planets), Saul Williams, John Legend, Andre Royo (HBO’s “The Wire”), Wordsworth (MTV), Lizz Fields, Meleni, Alia Marie, Afu Ra, and many more.

For the Tribute event at the end of July the artist being celebrated is non-other than PRINCE. At this event our live 5 piece band of talented musicians will play Prince’s classic hits behind 12-16 vocalists from a wide array of musical backgrounds. Two to five headliners are being sought for the event including Jamiroqui, Ginuwine, Pink, Beyonce, Christina Aguilera, Cee-Lo, Bilal, Maxwell, D’Angelo, Erykah Badu, El Debarge, Musiq, and Alicia Keys. Along with the headliners there will be another 8 to10 up and comers on the bill (potentials in that list include John Legend, Yahzarah, Meleni, Peven Everett, Dwele, Alia Marie, and Anthony Mills).

Tickets went on sale on the 1st of July and can purchased at http://www.kyaentertainment.com/Prince. Ticket price started at $10 on the 1st of July and will go up $1 per day until the day of the show where they will be $35 at the door.
