NORTH CAROLINA -WHERE ARE YOU? i know there are not too many of us around here, cause i've had lots of different kinds of friends and they all think i'm crazy!! for loving prince the way i do
--but, i've seen a few and i know that the ones that are here in nc are off da chain! ---so, where are my fans in Greensboro and Chapel Hill?? anybody that went to UNC-Chapel Hill, too?? that would be even better! let me know: let's all get together sometime no matter where you went to school/ party and listen to Prince and party some more -Carla improv@alumni.unc.edu | |

I'm in Charlotte myself and know folks in NC from all over...
Since the Raliegh show, we managed to have a get together in Winston Salem and had a good handful of folks show up.... We'll be having another get together in July some time after the 4th. Locations may vary from month to month but we're attempting to make this a monthly thing. If any one is interested, let me know and we'll see what we can do. Generally, that's a good centralized area.....
See.....that's really the problem with being a fan in the Carolinas.... There are plenty of us around...but we're so spread out all over the state. In the past, we have moved the get togethers around from place to place but in general, the Triad area has worked out well for us all. Naturally, anyone is welcome to make suggestions and all are most welcome to come. I'll be sure and post info about our July get together in this forum. "Funk is it's own reward....." | |
