Date is now confirmed as Friday 28th June until Sunday the 30th June. Accomodation is being looked into as we speak. Depending on the hangover on the Saturday I will be hitting the shops - being a girl and all and Mojo is helping me spend my non-existent money. I know Teacher, Organgrinder and Partyman are making it so hope to see some mjore of you fams there!

OK, we are looking at about £30UK per night for a B&B, anything from £60 - £150 for hotels. Booking somewhere nearer the time shouldn't be too much of a problem, just need to know numbers. Alternatively, if people want to crash at my flat and don't mind sleeping on the couch / futon / floor, that's ok by me, just as long as y'all don't expect cooked breakfast in the morning!

I booked my flights today!!!!! Leaving Stockholm on the 20th June already, and returning on July 1st. I'll be in London from the 20th, so anybody interested in meeting up before the weekend, send me an emale and I'll get you my phone number!! This'll be great! See ya there!

Does anyone know the best way to get to manchester from Newcastle - trains seem sh*t and planes way too expensive - any ideas????

Hire a car?

I have a car just don't want to drive! I have had a few accidents in the last year so feel like a bit of a menace on the roads! Actually that makes me sound really bad - I just knocked a couple of parked cars when the raods were icy - no real damage, and have been caught speeding twice in the last 12 months - I am a good careful driver now but would prefer to take the train - will go and see if I can get to Machester via Leeds as all the train ticket web sites suck!

Well, no wonder you people in the Uk can't drive, you drive on the goddamned wrong side of the road! Just kidding...I'm going from London, anyone wanna meet and take the train with me would be very welcome, since I don't know my ass from...whatever, actually, there...I didn't get lost my first time in London, but...I've got a feeling that the summer crowd will be a little harder to navigate. Teacher I'm coming from the opposite end of England but I am going to see about catching the train. Someone will have to meet us so we know where we are going!

Hey, this thing is growing! We now got Barbarella coming across, together with Col who lives just down the road (though as it clashes with Glastonbury she might not make it). Let's keep spreading the work to UK fams and make this a weekend to remember

We've also got themellowone making a show! We are beginning to get quite a crowd together!

The Dawn Experience party was in London in November. I know this topic is quite old, but thought you should know for the next time they have a party, u really have 2 b there. Such a cool night with lots of like-minded people all getting down, it was one of the best nights out in London I have ever had! Have a good weekend anyway!!! And hopefully c u at the next event!

OK, bit of a bonus maybe. There's a record fair in Manchester on the Saturday, I'm going to try and get Madhouse to bring a stall (for anyone who doesn't know, Madhouse is an independent record store in Stoke on Trent, specialising in Prince).
If it comes off, save your money coz they have thousands of rarieties and boots (for those with no conscience)
Also, for anyone there Friday night we're planning to get together for a meal and then a few beers. Any definites let me know preferences / vegetarian etc and I'll go with the majority.
Finally, I'll book b&b's / hotel rooms on anyones behalf once you give me a definite yes to attending.

Yea! I got a special mention - thanks Teacher! Where are we with this? Do we have anything on a hotel yet? I'm sure we'll get discounted rates if there's a big enough bunch of us. You can usually agree a price and reserve the rooms, then everyone can go in and make their reservations quoting the specific event.
