What was the 'Unwelcoming Information'? I have noticed in the past at The Front that the DJ was never really into playing alot of Prince stuff and the bartendar was never really enthused about the whole night in general. In fact every month seemed to be the same shit over and over. And the fact that the DJ played Britney Spears the last time I was there really proved how shitty it was

Hopefully the night gets changed from Wednesday's also. Most people have to work during the week so being out til 2am on a Wednesday night doesn't make for a good day of work on Thursday. I hope they change it to a Friday or Saturday! Then I will be there every month!

good thing that ya'll ain't gonna be there no more...the atmosphere of the front--as well as that poor excuse for a dj--is one of the many reasons why i stopped attending those parties.

Have you tried to talk to 1st Ave about the 7th Street Entry it's a smaller venue and they might not charge as much or if anything? I will keep you all posted if I hear of anyplace that might be willing accommodate Prince music.
