I am coming to Minneapolis June 15th thru June 21st and would like to hook up with others doing the same, in order to share hotel/car expenses, etc. (like we did for the celebrations!). Please let me know a.s.a.p. if interested. I would like to stay at the Chanhassen Inn if possible.

The way I see it there is for certain going to be 3 shows in St. Paul and *possibly* 3 shows at Paisley Park (Which I HIGHLY doubt) so nothing is gained by staying in Chanhasses driving wise except for the fact that for all the other days she is going to be miles away from the action.

you might be better off stayin somewhere in either downtown st. paul or downtown mpls, as opposed to chanhassen...

If I get time in the next week, I'll see what I can find for you that are in decent/fun areas of Mpls and hover around that price range.

i'd let you stay at my apartment too but i'm in the same predicament carrie's in...teeny apartment.

They're right, staying in Chanhassen isn't very smart. Mpls folks know that 494 is no fun in 5 o'clock traffic. It's gonna take you 1hr30min-2hrs everyday just to get to the show

Thanks to everyone who has responded. Minneapolis peeps are so friendly! It looks like I'm going to be staying with a friend after all! I'm looking forward to all the purple partying we're all going to be doing that week! It's almost like a mini-celebration! Now all we need is for Prince to open up Paisley Park for us!
