Here is the info for the meet-up ;


* The MEET & GREET will be at CHAMPS at 4:00pm on Monday.
Champs is located across from the theater - more specific
directions will be provided soon.

* Denise is in negotiations with the Irvine theater to perhaps
provide reserved seating. We're not sure if this is possible, but
she will let everyone know what she finds out.

* Spectrum is showing the concert in two theaters and they are
BOTH SOLD OUT!!! She is in contact with the theater to see if
there is any possiblity of opening up a 3rd theater for the
showing...She will let us know if it's a "go"...

If you have questions or if you are planning on attending the Meet
and Greet, PLEASE CONTACT DENISE DIRECTLY at
orgctydnse@c.... She needs to get an approximate number
so she can reserve tables, etc...

* the shows are sold out. When I talked to the
promotions manager she said they were talking to
NPGMC to open another theater. As of today they
said NPGMC would not allow any more
seats to be sold.

* While Tanya (the promotions manager) tried to
allow us some special seating arrangements,
that did not happen. However they are going to
try and make sure we all get into the same theater
seating. There were two theaters, 10/21. So
when you get to Chammps see me and
I am going to put together a headcount for Tanya. So she knows
how many changes we need.

* Since there are about 1200 seats sold, If we have
any volunteers to stand in line and rotate that would be
really great. Then we can manage to get great seats.
Sorry I couldn't do more on the reserve seating.

* Meet and greet will be at Chammps
right across from the theater.

* I will be there very close to 4pm.
Ask for the bumpsquad section.

read that anywhere.
