TYME-I am from Columbia City, Indiana-up near Fort Wayne. Funny thing is, I am originally from Grant County-the whole Marion/Gas City/Jonesboro area-I am there all of the time to see my family and friends. I also have a friend who is also a huge Prince fan that currently lives in Gas City area. By the way, I am a female in my late twenties, and my friend is a male in his late twenties as well.
This is great-we should definitely have a Prince get together sometime...we P fans have to stick together! Amy | |

speaking of "midwest fans"..
whatever happened to that group called (I think) "Chicago Nation"??? wasn't there 1 guy.. "somnival" or some unusual name like that.. who was "the leader"?? & didn't he (&/or "Chicago Nation") get "recruited" into that 1st group of brainwashed prince fans called "the collective"??? I remember going on the Chicago Nation website back in '97 &/or '98.. the site was cool, & I know they had Sunday night Prince parties once a month in some place called the Castle or Excalibur or something.. yeah, it would be cool to have an update from anyone who would know about this.. I'm probably going to slide through the Chicago area later this summer, & if they're still having those Sunday night gigs, I think I would time my visit to be there when this went down.. I'll see you tonight..
